I installed an old Alcor Micro USB 2.0 card reader on my Windows 7 Enterprise PC. The USB card reader has four slots for four different memory sticks. The one that I'm trying to read is a 4GB SanDisk. I have down loaded the latest driver from Microsoft.

Buckethead Pikes 12 Download there. My PC shows that the driver installed successfully and is available for use. But, when I insert a SanDisk into the card reader, the device just hangs. I'm not able to read any information on the SanDisk. I've tried uninstalling the device and then let Windows reinstall the device and it still doesn't work.

I've scanned my PC and my windows is up to date. I've also tried updating the driver and Windows reports that I have the latest driver for the card reader. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
